Together, they offer a combined bus operator network and support small businesses with a fully operational Saa S infrastructure, affecting 700 million annual passenger trips in the private bus industry.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Charter Sales Specialist. The Charter Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales throughout the booking process, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, performing market research, preparing sales reports, coordinating with the operations team, and providing training to clients on the use of the platform.QualificationsHaving at least 1 years of experience with Business Development and SalesUS market-selling experience is a must.Highly energetic and exceptional in communication skillsHas a passion for sales with convincing powerAbility to engage clients with immediate query resolution, and regular follow-ups via calls & mailsTech-savvy. We don't expect you to know how to code, but you'll be building solutions on no-code platforms. We want you to understand what that meansStrong process orientation & documentation ethic. Familiarity with excel/sheets is a must. Good analytical skills will give you a strong advantageWe support our operations 24*7, and as a part of this team, you'll be expected to work during US hours to support our operationsIt is a 5-day working week and those two days away from work would mostly be on weekdaysGrowth mindset and willingness to learnWillingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to solve the problem you're working onExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote teamUnderstanding of logistics will give you an edge.Responsibilities:You'd be helping us promote the Charter business for our productDeveloping this business vertical by knowing the needs of the users (B2 B & B2 C)a. 70% B2 C and 30% B2 BCreate processes to improve the internal day-to-day efficiency of the businessSupporting the Operations and Customer Experience teams in their day-to-day to be able to identify the needs of the usersAnalyzing the market trends by working closely with the Planning team to be able to do so.
