Job Description

The CRM Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and analysing customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle, with the goal of improving business relationships with customers, assisting in customer retention and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer lifecycle to enhance customer experience and improve business relationships.
  • Update data in SFDC/SAP (Sales Module) and monitor sales collections to ensure regular follow-up and sending demand notices.
  • Drive post-sales activity, address and manage escalated customer queries, and improve customer retention.
  • Analyse feedback from customers and trends in sales queries to provide feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams.
Requirements:
  • Grad/BE/MBA full-time with a minimum 4-10 years of experience in real estate CRM.
  • Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies.
  • A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in the organisation.
Estimate Salary: Rs. 20,00,000 - Rs. 40,00,000 per annum
