Job Description

You will collaborate with HR partners, engage with Cisco business groups to influence the talent acquisition plan and develop recruitment strategy aligned to Cisco's growth areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the organization, including short- and long-term business needs and expectations.
  • Develop, implement sourcing and fulfillment strategies to support business objectives.
  • Build strong consultative partnerships with hiring managers and internal partners.
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end process of attracting, sourcing, selecting, and converting candidates for both specific requisitions.

You will be a strategic business partner, coach, and consultant to hiring managers throughout the hiring process. You will source and attract the best talent with innovative strategies, market intelligence, assessment, and selection.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • University degree with preferred major in business management or commerce economics.
  • 9 years of relevant staffing experience with demonstrated strong career accomplishments.
  • Proven experience managing the full life cycle recruitment process.

You will demonstrate critical thinking, judgment, coaching, and influencing skills that converge to create executive presence. You will communicate effectively in all mediums, demonstrating a desire to play a critical and integral role in the client organization.
