**Job Title**: SAP Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated **SAP Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join our dynamic HR team. This role is focused on attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent for SAP-related positions within our organization. You will play a critical role in building and managing our SAP talent pipeline, partnering with hiring managers to ensure we meet the growing demand for skilled professionals in SAP technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
At least 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with a focus on SAP roles and IT recruitment. Experience working with SAP professionals is a strong plus.
- **Skills**:

- Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting SAP professionals across various functional areas (e.g., SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP HANA).
- Strong knowledge of the SAP ecosystem and various modules.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiating skills and the ability to close offers successfully.
- Proficient in using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools.
- **Certifications**:
SAP-related certifications or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) would be an advantage.
