**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for filling the resource requirements in a timely manner in close collaboration with the hiring managers and delivery/project teams.
- Participate in job fairs and campus hiring events.
- Support HR Functions and HR team as needed.
- Follow HR and Recruitment best practices at all times.
- Recommends new ideas and improvements for recruitment procedures, policies, job fair and other events etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree, in Human Resource Management or equivalent required.
- 4-7 years of IT Recruitment experience required.
- Should be very strong in screening process of SAP and Java Consultants.
- Should be very strong in internal technical panel coordination, stakeholder management
- Good in preparing job descriptions with basic inputs and should be able to post them in job boards, networking sites and do head hunting.
- Information Technology past experience preferred, knowledge of SAP consulting and Java technologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation/platform skills, effectively using telephonic, written, and electronic means.
- Experience working with all levels of staff and management in a fast-paced, time-based delivery environment is preferred.
- Must have agility in dealing with changes in the organization and projects.
- Comfortable in working with global, remote teams will be of advantage.
- Prior experience with HRIS and ATS technology platforms.
