We are seeking a motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to employer branding efforts to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment tools and technologies.
