**Job Title : Talent Acquisition Executive**

**Shift : Day Shift**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Use various sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Exposure to campus hiring or bulk hiring is a plus.
- Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
