- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and potential talent pools to support recruitment strategies.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

**Qualifications:

- **
- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- **Interest in HR**: Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
