**Job Title**: Talent Acquisition Specialist
**Location**: HSR Layout, Bangalore
**Experience**: 3+ Years
**Industry Preference**: Client recruitment,consultancy,Construction, Infrastructure, or Engineering

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Manage job postings and drive visibility across platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and status updates.
- Organize and participate in hiring drives, walk-ins, and campus recruitment (as needed).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,401.06 - ₹33,224.55 per month
