Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- **Employer Branding and Outreach**:
Promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent and enhance its reputation as an employer of choice.
- **Recruitment Metrics and Reporting**:
Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into recruitment performance and trends.

Make recommendations for process improvements and optimization based on data analysis.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
