- Develop and implement strategies to increase transaction and banking businesses with government clients, including payments, collections, fixed deposits, foreign exchange, and electronic transfers.
- Build strong relationships with top management of government clients to deepen existing relationships and increase business opportunities.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in government banking.
- Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and drive learning events.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of government regulations and policies.
