Job Description

This is a critical on-site role for a dynamic and experienced revenue professional to manage our online presence across Goa.

We are seeking local talent who understands Goa's tourism ecosystem and can contribute to the growth of our business through strategic pricing and inventory management.

  1. Manage relationships with major online travel agencies to optimize revenue and customer experience.
  2. Build and maintain strong connections with OTA account managers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient channel management.
  3. Monitor and update online listings, promotions, and rates to ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  4. Analyze market trends, booking data, and competitor pricing to inform pricing strategies and optimize revenue.
  5. Generate detailed reports and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  6. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and develop targeted strategies to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in revenue management and/or hospitality, a strong understanding of the Goa hotel market, existing contacts with OTA representatives, and proficiency in OTAs, channel managers, PMS systems, and data analysis tools.
