Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our revenue recognition processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in sales and service revenues.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to review contracts, design internal controls, analyze and reconcile revenue accounts, and support close activities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage revenue recognition processes according to IFRS/US GAAP standards.
  • Work closely with provisioning teams to reconcile reporting and learn from senior revenue staff on variance explanations.
  • Design and implement internal controls over revenue accounting processes to ensure SOX compliance and mitigate financial risks.
  • Analyze and reconcile revenue accounts, identifying variances and providing actionable insights to management.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and revenue adjustments.
  • Drive automation and process improvements in revenue accounting workflows using ERP systems like SAP, Oracle.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors to provide documentation and resolve queries.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in accounting standards, assessing their impact on revenue recognition and advising stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver training to accounting teams and business partners on revenue policies and best practices.
