Job Opportunity

The Role of Revenue Manager is to lead the process of revenue recognition in compliance with accounting standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leads revenue recognition processes to ensure adherence to IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to review contracts and ensures proper revenue treatment.
  • Designs and implements internal controls over revenue accounting processes to ensure SOX compliance and mitigate financial risks.
  • Analyzes and reconciles revenue accounts, identifies variances, and provides actionable insights to senior management.
  • Supports month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and revenue adjustments.
  • Drives automation and process improvements in revenue accounting workflows using ERP systems.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert for audits, liaising with internal and external auditors to provide documentation and resolve queries.
  • Monitors and interprets changes in accounting standards, assessing their impact on revenue recognition and advising stakeholders.
  • Develops and delivers training to accounting teams and business partners on revenue policies and best practices.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently within established guidelines, and handle diverse activities. Experience with creating and following SOPs is also desirable.
