Job Profile:

This is a pivotal role for an accomplished administrative professional who will provide high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer by offering expert administrative, operational, and personal assistance.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage emails and correspondence, ensuring prompt and efficient communication within and outside the organization.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for internal and external meetings.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and track action items for follow-up.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Strong administrative & organizational skills with multi-tasking ability
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality

The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of tasks with a high degree of professionalism and discretion. They must be able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple clients or agencies simultaneously.
