A Dynamic Sales Professional is required to drive business growth by fostering strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for lending, and championing the development of a large LAP book with high yield. Key Responsibilities include creating sales opportunities through acquisition and focusing on lending to new customers, championing the purpose of building a large LAP book with high yield, maintaining highest standards of Customer Service and Compliance, adopting and promoting Digital strategies, grooming and mentoring team members.
