Dynamic Sales Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Dynamics 365 Senior Sales Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • A motivated and proactive sales professional with extensive experience in end-to-end sales within Microsoft or equivalent Enterprise Applications.
  • 5+ years of face-to-face selling experience, with expertise in the Microsoft product suite, including Dynamics 365, PowerApps, and Business Central.
  • Excellent at creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms, and managing the contract process.
  • Highly credible, with experience selling to technical and business audiences, building trust and mutual respect.
  • Passionate about thinking creatively and possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills to simplify complex contractual, technical, and financial details.
  • Demonstrated ability to hunt new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
  • Strong customer-centric approach and ability to network across a complex organization.
  • Skilled in managing multiple commercial processes, forecasting precisely, and identifying challenges to positive commercial outcomes.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy in designated territories, working with vendor and industry teams.
  • Arrange and conduct customer meetings, serving as a trusted advisor by understanding a customer's existing and future digital transformation roadmap and driving sales.
  • Strong networking skills and industry experience.
  • Ability to drive new business and engage with lead generation.
  • Liaise with solution consultants to drive correct business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years B2B sales track record with a focus on Microsoft Sales and ERP solutions and Business Applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Solutions (CRM, Dynamics 365 BC, Dynamics NAV, Finance and Operations).
  • Independent self-starter with a no-nonsense mentality.
  • Ability to translate industry business problems into technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • Prior consulting services sales experience required, with a preferred understanding of Microsoft's Business Applications (Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Project Operations).
