Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW
  • Experience: 8+ years in HR, in a plant or manufacturing environment with over 1,000 manpower.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in payroll software and HRMS.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and team management capabilities
