Company Overview The Golden Rise located in Hyderabad s vibrant Gachibowli district is a premier talent outsourcing firm We specialize in connecting skilled professionals with top multinational corporations and innovative startups fostering career growth and organizational success Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in talent acquisition who are passionate about sourcing and hiring the best talent to meet the organizational needs of our clients Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing Utilize various channels to identify and attract top talent including job boards social media and professional networks Screening and Interviewing Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit with client companies Job Posting Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract suitable candidates for open positions Client Coordination Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies Candidate Management Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and manage their progression through the recruitment process Offer Negotiation Assist in negotiating job offers between clients and candidates ensuring a successful placement Compliance Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements Reporting Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities including metrics on candidate sourcing and placement rates Collaboration Collaborate with other HR team members and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and improve the overall candidate experience Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Proven experience in recruitment preferably in a similar HR Recruiter role Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously High attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint and applicant tracking systems ATS Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement A supportive and dynamic work environment Comprehensive training and mentorship programs Please note a small registration fee is required from applicants Location Gachibowli HyderabadApplication Process Interested candidates should apply by submitting their resume and a cover letter outlining their qualifications and interest in the HR Recruiter role at The Golden Rise s career portal
