Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage the full-cycle recruitment processes for our organization in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and a strong understanding of recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates for various roles.

Salary: 3 - 4.2l

Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification for potential hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings across various platforms.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and its opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
