Roles & Responsibilities

  • Attendance & Leave Management
  • Monitor daily attendance of employees and workers.
  • Manage leave applications, approvals, and records.
  • Generate monthly attendance and leave reports for payroll.
  • Employee & Labour Relations
  • Handle grievances and resolve workplace issues effectively.
  • Act as a bridge between management and workers to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure discipline and compliance with company policies.
  • Statutory Compliance
  • Manage PF, ESIC registration, and related documentation.
  • Ensure timely filing and compliance with labor laws.
  • Liaise with government bodies and auditors when required.
  • HR Operations & Administration
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR software.
  • Support recruitment activities, including screening and coordination.
  • Assist in onboarding, induction, and training programs.
  • Prepare HR-related MIS reports for management.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in HR management software.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reports).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
