We're seeking a seasoned HR professional to spearhead our talent acquisition, employee engagement, and people analytics initiatives.
Talent Acquisition:
- Design and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent across technical and non-technical roles.
- Develop and maintain employer branding to position us as an attractive employer of choice.
Employee Engagement:
- Create and implement programs to foster a positive work culture and drive employee retention.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.
People Analytics:
- Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions and optimize HR processes.
- Develop actionable insights to present to leadership and drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- MBA in HR or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
