Revenue Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Growth Strategist to drive revenue expansion, strengthen business processes, and unlock top-line performance across diverse properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-property revenue management across managed and asset-managed hotels.
  • Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance to design dynamic pricing strategies.
  • Drive channel optimization (online travel agencies, central reservation systems, global distribution systems, brand websites) to achieve optimal business mix.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards for owners and leadership.
  • Collaborate with general managers, operations, and marketing teams to align revenue and commercial strategies.
  • Support pre-opening hotels with positioning, pricing models, and launch strategies.
  • Introduce scalable frameworks, standard operating procedures, and playbooks for revenue and asset management.
  • Mentor property-level executives and strengthen internal commercial capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure.
  • Proven record of improving revenue growth index, revenue per available room, and occupancy across varied property formats.
  • Deep knowledge of online travel agencies, distribution, revenue management systems, property management systems, and digital revenue tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Confident leader who can influence cross-functional teams and property general managers.
  • Comfortable working in both entrepreneurial white-label models and structured asset management environments.
