
Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our organization. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of customer service representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service metrics such as first call resolution and net promoter score.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and process improvements.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and career development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Proven track record of improving customer service metrics and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
