We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team of professionals in providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role- Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Analyze and identify areas for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
- Develop and implement training programs to equip team members with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide top-notch customer service.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 7-9 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective management and training.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
