
Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead to oversee a high-performing team of customer service agents. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and developing your team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role:
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will direct a team of 10 or more agents, providing input on hiring, discipline, discharge, and payroll documentation. You will also identify, prioritize, and coach agent development areas, document account resolutions, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly manage a team of customer service agents
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
- Maintain target levels of performance required by clients
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and procedural changes
Requirements:
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in a similar role in the BPO industry
- Experience as a mentor or team lead
- Able to exceed KPIs and achieve targets
