Job Title: Insurance Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
XpertReach is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Bancassurance Support team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with regional rural banks, designing and executing partnership strategies, and driving business growth through effective sales team support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Regional Rural Bank Relationship Management
• Partner Support- Contest Design & Execution
• Meet Bank Management and gauge maximum support for company Business
• Regular Interaction with sales teams & analyze the support gaps
• Partner system Integration with company systems
• Manpower Management- Goal sheet Tracking & FLS, IO Activation & Productivity tracking
• Business Quality Management- Persistency enhancement & Quality Improvement
• Support Daily business management as a SPOC
• Build Rapport with RRB Sales Team
• MIS Support to internal Teams as well as Bank Partners
• Manage Productivity levels of FLS & Supervisors
• Drive Profitable Product Mix
• Drive Higher branch activation and branch productivity with Sales teams
• Responsible for Efficient overall cost management for the Channel
• Single handedly be able to handle bank meetings and presentations
• Drive all HO driven initiatives in Banks as well as internal team

Requirements:
• Any Graduate or Postgraduate
• Preferred Experience: 8 - 10 years with Life Insurance Industry with 5 Yrs in Bancassurance Experience

Knowledge and Skills Desired:
• Prior HO Experience will be an added advantage
• Relationship Management & Individual Performer
• Able to Handle Open architecture dynamic environment
• Self-driven & dynamic personality
• Strong result orientation, good interpersonal skills and high level of team building capabilities
• An excellent knowledge of the Indian financial services market, Insurance sector and regulatory environment
• High energy levels and decision-making capabilities that support robust execution of plans

Additional Requirements:
• Good presentation, excel knowledge and Communication Skills
• Prior HO Experience will be added advantage
