Job Title: Administrative Assistant - HR

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant - HR. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment consulting, HR operations, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on portals.
  • Provide EA support: scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Manage email correspondence and prepare reports.
  • Update and manage social media handles.
  • Provide general office and administrative support as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with job portals preferred (training provided).
  • Interest in social media and digital content.
  • Resides in or near Faridabad.
