
Administrative HR Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage day-to-day HR functions and administrative operations.
This role requires a strong understanding of human resources management principles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion is also essential.
- Manage recruitment process
- Conduct employee onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits
- Organize employee engagement and welfare activities
- Manage leave and attendance of employees
- Oversee general office operations and maintenance
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-organized
- Coordinate with IT/support services for employee equipment and systems
- Handle travel arrangements and logistics for staff when required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- 0-1 year experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
