Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, overseeing and managing the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing recruitment processes, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Human Resource Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring effective management of personnel, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of benefits to employees.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employment, labor, and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR management, strategy development, recruitment, and benefits administration.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and leadership skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP, HRCI certifications preferred.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
