Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as an HR Executive in Manufacturing based in Pune. This is a full-time on-site role that involves overseeing HR operations, employee relations, and ensuring the implementation and adherence to HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process for various roles within the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Manage employee records, including performance evaluations and promotions.
  • Handle employee grievances and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records of all HR-related activities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of human resources practices and principles, including employment law and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
