Responsibilities include:

- Familiarity with HR systems and software for data management and reporting;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information;
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities;
