Job Description

The role of a Human Resources Manager involves overseeing the entire HR function, encompassing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training and development;
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration and experience designing and implementing relevant programs;
  • Familiarity with HR systems and software for data management and reporting;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels;
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information;
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities;
