Restaurant HR Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished HR professional to spearhead the Human Resources function for our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies to support restaurant growth and expansion.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee recruitment efforts, establish a robust talent pipeline, and drive employee engagement through targeted initiatives.
  • Employee Relations & Culture: Manage employee relations, foster a positive work environment, and implement programs promoting employee satisfaction.
  • Performance & Development: Design performance management systems, deliver training programs, and mentor managers.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, develop HR policies, and conduct regular audits.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll accuracy, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of HR management experience, preferably in restaurants, hospitality, or F&B industry.
  • Proven track record of managing HR for mid-to-large teams across multiple outlets.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
