Job Title: HR Professional
About the Role:- This position is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new employees.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain effective onboarding processes to ensure new employees have a positive start.
- Payroll Processing
- Process monthly payrolls accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
- Manage salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and other payroll-related tasks.
- Evaluate and improve payroll processes to optimize efficiency.
- Employee Relations & Administration
- Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to boost morale and productivity.
- Manage attendance, leave management, and shift schedules to ensure business continuity.
- Address employee queries and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- HR Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain accurate HR documentation, including policies, letters, and appointment/relieving letters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by conducting regular audits and reviews.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR - recruitment, payroll, and generalist functions.
- Knowledge of payroll software (e.g., Tally, GreytHR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
