Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, drive employee engagement, and serve as a vital link between management and employees.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process for diverse roles, ensuring seamless talent acquisition.
  • Oversee onboarding & offboarding processes to facilitate smooth employee lifecycle management.
  • Handle payroll, salaries, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance matters.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, track attendance, and manage HRMS tools (Keka/Zoho).
  • Develop employee engagement initiatives, address grievances, and organize team events.
  • Execute exit formalities in a professional and timely manner.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to management while being approachable to employees.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and foster a positive work culture.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 4–7 years of strong experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Prior experience in Real Estate HR will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and employee-handling skills.
  • Strong organizational ability with a track record of timely delivery.
  • Hands-on knowledge of HRMS platforms (Keka, Zoho) is preferred.
