Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR & Administration Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR and administration, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and compliance.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR and administration, with a strong understanding of labour laws, HR systems, and compliance. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Prior experience in an administrative and business development role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
