About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot slow queries, replication lag, and other issues affecting database performance.
  • Server Management: Monitor system resources, manage user accounts, and perform package updates.
  • Patching and Upgrades: Perform routine patching, upgrades, and security hardening for databases and servers.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior experts.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
