**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Admin and Invoicing professional to excel in our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and processing invoices accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare, verify, and process invoices timely and accurately
  • Reconcile discrepancies in invoices and resolve queries with internal teams/vendors
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Assist in generating month-end invoicing reports and supporting documentation for audits
  • Foster positive relationships with clients/vendors by following up on pending payments or clarifications
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, record management, and correspondence
  • Support vendor management processes including onboarding, compliance checks, and payment coordination
  • Contribute to employee expense reimbursements and petty cash management (if applicable)
  • Provide support to the Finance and Operations teams as required

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Proven experience in office administration and vendor coordination
  • Graduation plus relevant administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in office software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Competency in MIS development and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
