We are seeking an accomplished Administrator to oversee daily operations and implement efficient administrative procedures.
- Plan and coordinate administrative systems, devising ways to streamline processes.
- Evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and make purchases within budget constraints.
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons.
- Organize and supervise other office activities, including recycling, renovations, and event planning.
- Maintain housekeeping, security, pantry, and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Stay informed about organizational changes and business developments.
- Foster a smooth flow of information within the company.
- Negotiate with vendors and travel agents for optimal deals.
- Manage calendars and arrange employee travel itineraries and accommodations.
- Develop and manage vendor relationships, selecting and coordinating with vendors.
- Purchase and maintain housekeeping supplies and other inventory.
- Maintain and upgrade office assets.
- Coordinate Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with government bodies and law enforcement agencies.
- Track expenses to ensure compliance with cost budgets.
- Submit Management Information System (MIS) reports on administration expenses.
- Implement EHS and fire safety measures.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Showcase excellent documentation skills using Microsoft Office applications.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, effectively communicating with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Demonstrate good time management skills, prioritizing tasks, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
- Display exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Show willingness to be a team player, familiar with administrative support services.

- Be proactive and reliable, able to perform well in challenging situations.
