Highly Skilled Technical Support Specialist Wanted

This role involves providing technical support to customers and partners, configuring, troubleshooting, and offering best practices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing expert technical assistance and resolving complex issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with the engineering team on bug fixing and product feature requests.
- Leading case swarming sessions and working on high-priority technical escalations.
- Developing and publishing technical documentation in the Knowledge Base.
Key requirements include:
- At least 5 years of customer-facing technical support experience.
- Expertise in Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, and authentication protocols (LDAP, RADIUS etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
As a technical support specialist, you will work closely with customers to address their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
