Job Role
We seek an experienced Retail Sales Team Lead to join our team at Zimson Watches. As a Retail Sales Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and achieving business objectives. This position is suitable for a mid-level professional with 4-6 years of experience and is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We offer a full-time employment opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries and concerns
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights
- Motivate and train sales team members to enhance their performance
- Promote sales meetings, conferences, and events to represent the company
- Foster a culture of teamwork and excellent communication skills
Essential Qualifications
- Experience in the retail industry, preferably in a leadership or management role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits and Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is ₹850,000 - ₹1,050,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
