Retail Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Merchandiser to join our team at E2E Management Services in Bangalore. This is a dynamic opportunity for an individual with excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of the retail industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the right amount of goods are available in store, being sold at the right price. They will work closely with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets, both volume and value.
About the RoleThis is a challenging role that requires the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in category management, merchandise optimization, and sales analysis.
You will be working closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to improve sell-through rates, manage inventory levels, and maintain stock norms across all retail channels.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5-6 years of experience in retail or a related field
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
