Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead - Retail Sales to drive workspace sales efforts and lead a team of Business Development Managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales, small-ticket seat sales, and day pass sales, with experience working with channel partners and familiarity with HubSpot CRM.

 

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of 3-5 Business Development Managers
  • Setting clear objectives and performance expectations for the team
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback
  • Developing and executing strategies to drive workspace sales
  • Collaborating with channel partners to generate new business opportunities
  • Designing and implementing campaigns tailored to retail clients
  • Monitoring inbound leads and ensuring timely follow-up and tracking
  • Leveraging tools like HubSpot to manage the sales pipeline and optimize lead tracking and engagement

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The successful candidate will be measured on the following KPIs:

  • Revenue Growth: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for retail sales
  • Renevals and Expansion: Maintain high client renewal rates and secure additional space deals
  • Lead Conversion: Ensure high conversion rates of inbound leads
  • Team Performance: Maintain high performance levels across the sales team
  • Deal Closure Rate: Achieve a high closure rate and reduce sales cycle times
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with legal and contractual obligations

 

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8-12 years of experience in retail or inside sales, with exposure to small-ticket seat sales and day pass sales
  • Experience working with channel partners
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team success
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
