We are looking for a Retail Sales Professional to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.

About the Role
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Proactively engage with customers, addressing their queries and providing accurate product information.
  • Answer questions about specific products and services, making informed recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct comparative analyses of prices and features to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.
  • Maintain stock levels on racks, ensuring an uninterrupted shopping experience.
  • Manage returns efficiently, providing a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to deliver excellent customer service, especially during peak periods.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Qualification: 12th standard or any graduate degree.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months in B2C sales in retail stores.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in FMCG (retail sector).

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month + PF & ESIC + Insurance + Incentives.

Gender: Female candidates are preferred.
