Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for selling high-end products.

A sales target-oriented individual with experience in retail or hospitality will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities
  1. Display enthusiasm and provide superior customer service.
  2. Understand customer needs and queries about products, prices, and services.
  3. Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs.
  4. Achieve sales targets by utilizing advanced sales techniques.
  5. Foster long-term brand loyalty through effective customer relationships.
  6. Handle new launches, promotions, and visual merchandising.
  7. Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
  8. Adhere to company procedures in ordering, cash handling, and other common practices.
Requirements
  1. Graduate or Diploma in business administration, sales, or related fields.
  2. At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in high-end retail or hospitality.
  3. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  4. Strong selling skills and customer-centric approach.
  5. Confident, friendly, and engaging personality.
  6. Immaculate grooming and physical fitness.
  7. Good numerical ability and IT skills.
Estimated Salary

Rs. 3.5 Lakhs - Rs. 4.5 Lakhs per annum based on experience and performance.
