Job Description:

Employability is seeking an experienced Academic Business Partner Manager to develop and maintain strategic partnerships that drive business growth in the higher education sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute partnership strategies to achieve business objectives

- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners

- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners

- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements

- Analyze partner performance and provide insights for improvement

Requirements:

- Typically, 5 years of relevant selling experience to college/university, prior knowledge of higher education/vocational/professional coaching sector will be preferred

- Strong experience in driving go-to-market strategy/activities.

- Strategic Sales Planning & Implementation - Orchestrate the development of strategic initiatives to advance market share/penetration and achieve profitable growth.

- Competitive Positioning/Strategy - Use competitive intelligence in account planning and sales activities to develop counter strategies.

- Problem Solving - Approach problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution.

- Excellent verbal communication skills - Able to communicate effectively across multiple levels.

Education: Bachelor's degree, with an MBA in Sales and Marketing will be preferred.

Location: Candidates based in Delhi & NCR only, Onsite.
