Regional Business Development Director

Niit is seeking a seasoned Regional Business Development Director to lead our strategic growth in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the region's education and corporate training markets, with a proven track record in business development and account management.

Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to acquire new accounts and expand our presence in the education and corporate sectors.
- Establish and strengthen partnerships with higher education institutions through collaborative programs and academic alliances.
- Build new relationships with corporate clients to offer our innovative training solutions and corporate learning programs.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities for our education and corporate offerings, with a focus on strategic partnerships.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business development and account management strategies.
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in Southeast Asia, preferably in China.
- Proven business development skills, with experience in acquiring new business accounts and expanding existing partnerships in the education or corporate training sectors.
- Excellent track record in maintaining and growing key accounts, with a focus on long-term customer relationships.
- Strong network of relationships with universities, colleges, and corporate clients.
- Fluent in English; ability to speak and understand Chinese is an added advantage.
- Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience working in global/multinational organizations.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a bonus structure tied to individual and team performance. The estimated annual salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
