
Executive Business Developer

We are looking for an experienced business development leader to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in South India.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of franchise models and be able to develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth. This role requires someone who is proactive, result-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the business development vertical
- Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform business decisions
- Built and maintain relationships with franchisees and other stakeholders
- Manage and motivate a team of business development executives
- Monitor and report on business performance metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent qualification
- At least 10 years of experience in business development or a related field
- Strong understanding of franchise models and business operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
