Business Leader Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Business Leader to drive the growth and profitability of our organization.

The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, leading the company's strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability for the business.

- Build and lead high-performing teams to execute the company's goals and objectives.

- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand the customer base.

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.

- Manage product development initiatives, including ideation, design, and launch.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.

- Develop and manage financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

- Identify and manage key business risks, including competitive threats, regulatory changes, and market fluctuations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.

- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- At least 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.

- Experience in the Ed-tech industry is highly preferred.

- Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with experience managing P&L for a business unit.

- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias towards action and a willingness to take risks.
