Job OpportunityWe are looking for a highly motivated Business Growth Executive who can generate new business opportunities, set up targeted marketing campaigns, manage outreach and follow-ups, and support in building efficient sales funnels.
Key Responsibilities:- New Business Development: Utilize Sales Navigator, Upwork, and industry research to identify potential clients.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with the design team to set up marketing campaigns that drive results.
- Client Relationships: Manage client requirements, capture information, and maintain strong communication and presentation skills.
- Pitch Decks and Proposals: Work closely with the design team to create compelling pitch decks and proposals.
- Sales Funnel Development: Support the development of efficient sales funnels to drive growth and revenue.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Business Development/Marketing in the IT or software industry.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Tech Savviness: Familiarity with CRM tools, Upwork, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Target Driven: A driven individual who is motivated by targets and growth opportunities.
